Prospect Downtown in Longmont, Colorado is the commercial and residential (mixed use) downtown "new urbanist" development located on the southern edge of the city of Longmont in Boulder County, Colorado. It began in the mid-1990s by Developer, Kiki Wallace and designed by the firm of Duany Plater Zyberk & Company, who also designed the new urbanist communities of Seaside, Florida, and Kentlandsin Gaithersburg, Maryland.
The Down Town or Town Center interwoven into the center of the residential area, with businesses ranging from restaurants to professional offices. It includes a mix of not only houses but also stores, offices, restaurants, bars. and an eclectic mix exciting vibe.
